Entities participating in the Essentials in Writing Co-Op or Micro-School Classroom Program—including co-ops, micro-schools, learning centers, and similarly named programs that participate in this program structure—are not eligible for refunds after purchase.
Exchanges are permitted for eligible materials; however, all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the purchasing entity.
Renewal Policy:
Programs purchased under the Classroom Program structure are not renewable.
If an entity wishes to continue using Essentials in Writing in subsequent school years, a new purchase is required for each academic year. This includes:
- The annual Package Fee
- Any student workbooks
- Assessment Resource Books (ARBs)
- Teacher Handbooks
- Required novels or literature materials
- Any other applicable à la carte curriculum components
All required materials must be purchased for each new school year and for each enrolled student, as the Classroom Program provides a one-year license and does not include renewal pricing or automatic continuation.
